Warranty
All Granite Gear products are fully warranted against defects in materials
and craftsmanship for the life of the original owner. Granite Gear will
repair or replace any product found to be defective. Damages due to
accident, improper care, negligence or normal wear, where Granite Gear is
not at fault, will be repaired for a reasonable charge.
Lowepro Policy
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Lowepro warrants, to the original owner, its products or any part against
defect in material or workmanship. Lowepro will, at its discretion, either
repair or replace the product free of charge. If the product is no longer
available, Lowepro reserves the right to replace it with a similar product
of equal value. This warranty excludes claims to any incidental or
consequential loss to personal property and does not apply to accidental
damage, misuse, mishandling, or alteration.

lifetime warranty, or you are not satisfied with our products or service,

Lowe Alpine
Policy
Lowe Alpine
Guarantees all of its products against defects in materials and workmanship
for the life of the product. If you are not satisfied with your Lowe Alpine
product return it to the store where it was purchased. If it is defective,
you have certain statutory rights with the store who sold the product to
you. In addition to those rights, if there is a defect in manufacture we
will repair or replace the product at our option. Your statutory rights are
not affected by this warranty.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents or misuse, nor does
it cover the natural breakdown of materials which occur over extended use
and time. (e.g. zipper failure or fabric abrasion). Repairs due to accident,
improper care, negligence or wear and tear, where Lowe Alpine is not at
fault, will be made at a reasonable charge.
M-Rock Policy
Life Time
Warranty
Allows the purchaser to have the product repaired or replaced free of charge
by M-ROCK, if the product has been used for the intended purpose, and M-ROCK
believes the workmanship or the materials are defective. The Life Time
Warranty does not include natural wear and tear.
Nalgene Policy
Our hydration packs and bladders are also of superior quality. If one should
fail to perform properly, return it for a replacement to:

Returns
All returns require a return authorization number (RMA #). Sorry, returns
without RMA # will be refused. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days
of invoice date.
Items that are not restockable (i.e. price stickers are affixed, packaging
is damaged, discontinued items, etc.) will be credited less a 25% return
fee.
Shipping discrepancies or invoicing errors must be reported within 4 days
of invoice date.
